Our services include listing preparation consultations, where we walk through a home prior to listing and provide recommendations for decluttering, furniture layout, lighting, and simple updates to improve how the property presents both in person and in photos.

We also offer occupied home staging, working with the homeowner’s existing furniture and décor to edit, rearrange, and style each space into a more balanced and market-ready environment. For vacant properties, we provide full staging with curated furniture and décor to bring warmth and purpose to empty spaces, helping buyers visualize how the home can be lived in.
