Service Description
Occupied Staging helps homeowners prepare their lived-in spaces for the real estate market by enhancing what they already have. Using your existing furniture and décor, we edit, rearrange, and style each room to create a clean, balanced, and inviting presentation that photographs beautifully and appeals to buyers. The process begins with a 2-hour in-home consultation, where we assess the space and identify opportunities to improve layout, flow, and overall presentation. Following the consultation, we return to implement the plan, decluttering, refining furniture placement, and styling key areas to elevate the home and make it market-ready.

A consultation is required prior to all staging and design services. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment and allow us to properly assess your space and determine the most effective approach. As consultations provide immediate value through professional insight and direction, they are non-refundable. Should you move forward with staging services, the consultation fee may be applied toward your final project.
