Service Description
We design and furnish rental properties using carefully selected furniture and décor, creating comfortable, well-balanced spaces that feel inviting, functional, and guest-ready. Through thoughtful layouts and curated styling, we help enhance the overall experience while maximizing the property’s visual appeal and rental potential. The process begins with a 2-hour in-home consultation to assess the space, understand the target guest or tenant, and determine the most effective design direction. From there, we develop a tailored plan and install all furnishings and décor to deliver a fully styled, turnkey space ready for occupancy.

A consultation is required prior to all staging and design services. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment and allow us to properly assess your space and determine the most effective approach. As consultations provide immediate value through professional insight and direction, they are non-refundable. Should you move forward with staging services, the consultation fee may be applied toward your final project.
